Service Description
We provide private, paid for counselling services, with counsellors who are specialists in the field of sexual violence & abuse. You can access our counselling services at the time when you request support, to quickly meet your needs, offered in a way that suits you. There is no waiting list. we provide services when you need them. Counselling sessions will provide you with an opportunity to build a supportive & collaborative relationships with your counsellor; this space will provide you with the opportunity to explore the impacts of sexual violence & abuse, acknowledge your strengths that helped you survive & explore any changes you wish to make to create the life you desire. We take a trauma responsive approach, which acknowledges trauma can be carried within ourselves. This approach recognises experience, understands responses to experiences that are overwhelming as normal, rational and often really sensible, explores stories, rejects labels, seeks to redress power imbalance & builds upon foundations of empowerment and connection. Instead of labelling you or the ways you have coped with sexual violence & abuse, GINA will focus on your strengths, how these helped you survive & explore how they can be built on.
Cancellation Policy
Due to extremely high demand, we are unable to offer refunds for booking cancellations. However, you are able to reschedule your session up to 48 hours before it is due to take place.
