GINA Business Assistant

This exciting opportunity to work in a woman & lived experience-led social enterprise is a position designed to support our GINA Lead in the management of GINA HQ to help us achieve our mission to:
​
Bring a sprinkling of magic in supporting all subjected to sexual violence & abuse in living free, empowered, hopeful futures; whilst challenging beliefs, attitudes & systems that threaten such futures.
​
We’re looking for a magical human who lives into our values of an anti-victim blaming, trauma-responsive, compassionate approach to support survivors that builds upon the foundation of lived experience.
This is an opportunity to join us at an exciting time; you will be in a rewarding & influential role where your success contributes to the growth & expansion of our specialist services/products/resources to support individuals subjected to sexual violence & abuse.

This role will support GINA’s Lead with some of the critical aspects of marketing activities, volunteer management & product/service/resource development activities involved in the management of GINA to facilitate enhanced growth, sustainability & impact of our social enterprise.
​
Hours of work: 8 hrs a week (hours negotiable)
one year fixed term contract with opportunities for extension
Location: remote opportunity
Salary: £20,903 pro rata
​
