GINA Support Lead
This exciting opportunity to work in a woman & lived experience-led social enterprise is a position designed to support our Head of GINA in the management of GINA HQ to help us achieve our mission to:
Step into shared power, in celebration of individuality, compassion & connection to support all subjected to sexual violence & abuse in living hopeful futures; while challenging beliefs, attitudes & systems that facilitate sexual violence & abuse.
We’re looking for a magical human who lives into our values of an anti-victim blaming, trauma-responsive, compassionate approach to support individuals that builds upon the foundation of lived experience. You will be passionate about ensuring all individuals subjected to sexual violence & abuse are heard, believed & understood.
This is an opportunity to step into a rewarding & influential role that supports our Head of GINA to lead, grow & nurture GINA effectively. Encompassed by general duties, your role will revolve around 3 core pillars:
1. Volunteer Recruitment & Management
2. Marketing, Communications & Social Media Management
3. Business Development Support
This varied role is an opportunity for you to gain exposure to a diverse array of areas involved in the leadership & management of a non-profit organisation. This role will encompass continual opportunities for ideas, creativity & exploration. This is a new role at GINA HQ and therefore, exact duties could evolve over time.
Hours of work: 16 hrs a week (hours negotiable)
Location: remote role with occasional work from our City Centre Premises
Salary: £25,119 pro rata
