book a date/day/time that works for you & the counsellor you have selected will call you on that day & at that time for your telephone counselling session. your counsellor will call you from a private/withheld number & will attempt to call you three times at the time of your session (if you do not pick up on the first ring).

telephone counselling is an easy, convenient way to access counselling that means you don't have to travel to access support. telephone counselling can also help if you're uncomfortable meeting someone new in-person, have difficulties with transport or leaving your home. telephone counselling can also provide enhanced anonymity, which can make it more comfortable for some.

please ensure you have good telephone reception & access to a private, safe, quiet space for telephone counselling. you can also contact your counsellor via email or our online booking form before your session/first session.
