connect with your counsellor in-person through our immediate specialist face-to-face counselling support. book a date/day/time that works for you & the counsellor you have selected will be ready for you.

your counselling session will take place in the Community Room in the Our Place Community Hub. 

there is disabled access at the rear of the building, along with 'pay & display' parking to the side of the building. There are also surrounding side roads that allow free parking for up to one hour. there is a small waiting area & toilets on site. The nearest bus stop is Birmingham Road, Manor Hill. Buses towards Sutton Coldfield & Erdington are the No.5, 66, 76, 77, 110, 907, X3, X4 & X5. Please click here for more info on travelling by bus. we ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your session due to the small size of the waiting room. when you arrive, ring the buzzer & your counsellor will let you in & show you to the room that your counselling session will take place in.
