online counselling is a convinient way to access support, which also enables you to virtually connect with your counsellor.

you will be sent a video conferencing link for your online counselling session when you book your session. this link will be in your booking confirmation email. you will also be aseked to complete an 'online counselling information & consent form' upon booking.

for online counselling, please ensure you can use a personal laptop/device for your session, have a good stable internet connect & have access to a private, safe, quiet space.you can also contact your counsellor via email or our online booking form before your session/first session.
