you will be sent a video conferencing link for your online counselling session when you book your session. this link will be in your booking confirmation email. please complete the 'online support consent form' & return it to your counsellor prior to your first session.

for online counselling, please ensure you can use a personal laptop/device for your session, have a good stable internet connect & have access to a private, safe, quiet space.you can also contact your counsellor via email or our online booking form before your session/first session.
