our counselling space is in the heart of Kings Heath. our safe-facing room is located at the back of the Victorian building & offers a quiet, confidential, relaxed space. nearby parking is available (a Lidl located close by). please note, this location does not have disabled access (entrance is via a short, well-lit alley & one flight of stairs). there is a doorbell to the left of the door for when you arrive for your session. there isn't a formal waiting area but there are plenty of local coffee shops if you arrive early for your session. you also have access to refreshmaents (tea, coffee & water).

local transport:  accessible via bus, Bourneville train station, car parking:Some on-street parking is available around Waterloo Road (B14 7RZ). There is alternative parking for up to 90mins at Lidl on Silver Street (B14 7QU). If parking at Lidl, you can either walk back to the High Street onto York Road, or you can walk through Kings Heath Pet Centre which brings you onto York Road just a few yards from the consulting rooms.
