note for counselling services:

 

If you’re an existing GINA client, please make sure you have booked in a session with the same counsellor you have been having sessions with.  You can ensure the session you have provisionally selected is with your counsellor by using the drop-down menu entitled 'details' (right-hand side)  which will show you if this session date/time is with your counsellor.
 

Please do not book in a session with a different counsellor as this may result in your session being rescheduled or cancelled.
 

If you’re having a telephone counselling session, please be advised that your counsellor will be calling you from a private number, on the phone number you provide. If you’re having an online counselling session, the video link to your session will be sent within the booking confirmation email. Please ensure you are in a safe, private, quiet place for your telephone or online counselling session.
 

If you would like to contact your counsellor before your session, or before your first session to connect with them, you can leave them a message within the online booking form (next page), or you can drop them an email to counsellor@gina.uk.com, marked for their attention.
