Service Description
π Telephone Counselling Choose a day and time that works for you & the counsellor youβve selected will call you at your scheduled appointment time π Your counsellor will call from a private/withheld number & will make up to three attempts to reach you at the time of your session if you donβt answer the first call. π± Why choose telephone counselling? Telephone counselling can be a flexible & convenient way to access specialist support without needing to travel. It may be particularly helpful if you: π Feel more comfortable receiving support from home π Have difficulties with transport or travelling π¬ Feel uncomfortable meeting someone new in person π Prefer the additional anonymity that telephone support can offer π§ββοΈ Before your session Please make sure you have: πΆ Good telephone reception π A private and safe space π€« A quiet environment where you can talk comfortably You can also contact your counsellor by email or through our online booking form before your first session if you have any questions or need to discuss anything in advance π Counselling offers a safe, supportive & collaborative space to explore the impact of sexual harassment, violence & abuse, recognise the strengths that helped you survive & support you in moving forward. Cancellation Policy
Due to extremely high demand, we are unable to offer refunds for booking cancellations. However, you are able to reschedule your session up to 48 hours before it is due to take place.
